where can I change the websites and newspapers of the countries in the game? Is there a patch for this?

For example; Turkey, Russia, Netherlands, Portugal vs.

There's no patch to change that part.
The countries for which the game changes the website are:
Austria - England - France - Germany - Poland - Spain and a default version for all others.

European countries> uefa.com
Asian countries> AFC.com
African countries> CAF.com
North American clubs> CONCACAF.com
South American clubs> CONMEBOL.com

Okay, I understand better what you want to do.

It's not simple and to realize it, I invite you, if you have installed our version 18 for example, to see the content of one of the .xml files that is in the root of the game ("screens" directory).

This is where the structure of the displayed page, the locations and the names of the images are defined.

All the .xml files present in this directory correspond to modifications we have made on the screens concerned. For the others, including the screen you're showing, are not present, they are to be extracted from a zdata, if I'm not mistaken.
