Hello,

We were talking about it in this topic :

On the 10th message, you'll find a Zip with a text file showing the effect of each training session.

As far as training is concerned, tactical sessions (especially Build-up play), one-twos, superior numbers and mental raise the teamwork to some extent. But beware that repeating the same sessions in a week lowers it (something like -2). If you really want to boost it quickly, you can try to schedule two "build-up play" a week as it's strong enough not to be lowered by the repetition. But don't do it with anything else as it will cancel the points you earnt.
Even though it may raise the teamwork quickly, try not to schedule more than 4 or 5 tactical sessions because it heavily lowers morale. Furthermore, don't forget that keeping less than 6 sessions without training lowers atmosphere ; Beware of the heavy condition training at the beginning of the season, it can annihilate all your efforts.

What raises teamwork a lot as well is the number of matches played or won together. It's easier to maintain teamwork higher than 70 after two or three seasons with a same squad. A new player in the main squad may lower your teamwork with -5 or -10 points. So when you recruit one, try to choose one that will stay with you many years and just let him play the first weeks as a substitute. And make every substitute have playtime. This way, if a key player is heavily injured, your team won't suddenly play a mediocre football with less than 65 points.

It's some hard work but improving the teamwork is key to win against bigger teams and to save you from defeats against the weaker. And as weird as it sounds, i'm 99% sure it impacts the effectiveness of the strikers. So it's worth it and good luck !
