Black Screen problem

Hi guys, nice to meet you everyone!
I am Marco from Italy, i downloaded from your site the game and the update3, i made a fresh installation following the youtube tutorial.
I didn't receive any error messages, but when i start the game after EA logo i receive a black screen with the mouse cursor.
I tried to:
-Reinstall everything
-Update graphic drivers but it wasnt possible because they are updated (my card is Radeon HD6500 and i realised that for Win10 there aren't original drivers even if it is written i don't need to update)
-I changed the name in .Manager18.exe, Managera18.exe and with both . and a, but it didn't work
Is there any possibilities to fix it?
