MegaTrainer experience - lack of manual

Website http://www.md-games.info/ doesn't work anymore and it is referenced in MegaTrainer experience tool as there was a guide how to activate cheats for example changing all player values to 80. There is also this website still working: https://www.plitch.com/en/g/FIFA-Manager-09/13 but this is piece of shit, cheats are not fully documented. For example You have:
change all player-attributes ALT + O
but You have to press another combination of buttons for value 80, 60, 77 etc. and this is not documented on this website which still works.
Authors of mega trainer experience tool instead of integrate pdf into tool directory, they just refer to website md-games.info which no longer exist.
What can I do for it? What a frustrating problem. I tried mt-x guide from fifa manager 11 but button combinations doen't suit for fifa manager 09. I need cheat of changing my control player attributes to 80, because with default one it is not possible to play in sensible way.
