Turkish League 17-18 season without foreigner limit is on test

hi, some of you may know... there wasnt any chance to remove limits of foreigner players in Turkish league. that option of editors database wasnt affecting to game's database. viewtopic.php?f=122&t=4001

its big shame that i dont enjoy original squads at my favourite team Galatasaray... i want to play without foreigner limits

Today i just started to think what if i totally change (an European country) Gibraltar league to Turkish League? or changing Gibraltar country to Turkey is possible? and what kind of problems will i face? any suggestions?

(why Gibraltar? because there isnt foreigner limit and there is not a high levelled soccer in this country. Also i noticed Armenia, Faroe Islands, San Marino are same too but Gibraltar looks like better for changing...)

2-changing Country Flag is possible?
